Staff completed a very challenging job in working
through uncharted territory and bureaucracy with FEMA and the State of Colorado to get
maximum reimbursement for the renovation costs and in overseeing the work and deciding on
alternatives. Landscapes Unlimited and their subcontractors worked dawn to dusk, seven days
a week through the year to get us where we are. The Golf Course Advisory Board is very
appreciative this work and is very grateful to City Council for their support in the face of other
demands on resources.
5
