CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated the Tom Phare, Public Works Director, wished to set up <br />a meeting with the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District for March 1. <br /> <br />Phare stated that this is to clarify the city's options for inclusion in the Sub-District and District. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Sisk received background information on Hunter's Ridge Condominiums/Townhomes/Apartments <br />from Paul Wood, Planning Director. He felt there was a question as to the intent of the Council, after <br />he reviewed previous minutes referring to them as townhomes. He felt the intent of Council in 1983 <br />or 1985 was to have those 48 units developed as apartment units. <br /> <br />Davidson asked staff and the City Attorney to look into that. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, asked that the information be available for the next Work Session. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that there is going to be a meeting of the Solid Waste Task Force this Thursday at <br />Superior's Town Hall. He would be attending to bring Council's concerns. <br /> <br />Lathrop reminded the citizens of Ward III that there would be a Ward meeting on Thursday at 7:00 <br />p.m. at the Recreation Center. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (11:17 p.m.).
