In subsequent conversations with the City Attorney, they indicated that the city could <br />amend the proposed agreement in the Scope of Services to include the phrase "services as may be <br />requested from time to time by the city." Exhibit "A" was not intended to be inclusive. It was <br />intended to be exclusive. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that the maximum amount of compensation was for $16,000 and he felt it should go <br />before the Finance Committee for review before being put on the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council refer the Contract to the Finance Committee. All in favor. <br /> <br />DRAFT ORDINANCE TO HAVE AN EXPIRATION PERIOD FOR PUDS, A SUNSET <br />PROVISION <br /> <br />Sisk commented that this had been discussed at the last Work Session, because of some PUDs having <br />a life of their own.
