problem with condition No. 6. Condition No. 6 he felt could be resolved. He commented that the
preschool, daycare, and grade school will be coordinated for staggered start times, to mitigate some
of the traffic concerns.

Keany disclosed that he is a member of St. Louis Parish and that he had attended the Planning
Commission meeting concerning the expansion.

Davidson opened the public hearing calling for public comments.

Wanda Wade-Mukherjee, 1015 South Boulder Road, Apt. 2-A, Louisville, Colorado, speaking for
she and her husband, Subir Mukherjee, stated that her son attends St. Louis School. She felt St.
Louis made a great contribution to Louisville and did a lot with the space they have. Their Cub Scout
troop had to be split into two dens due to increased enrollment. She encouraged Council to approve
this much needed space.

Karen Richards, 163 Mountain View Court, a parent of Fireside Elementary School sent a letter that
was read by Wanda Wade-Mukherjee in support this project to help ease the overcrowding problems
of the public schools.

Bruce Porcelli, 2122 Grayden Court, Louisville, Colorado, agreed with Wade-Mukherjee. He urged
Council to approve this resolution.

Victoria Gigone, 944 Grant Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, was not in opposition to the church and
school. Her family's concern was with the traffic problems. It is difficult to park in front of their
house due to people double parking in the street, as well as parked cars on either side. She was afraid
for the children who run in and out among the cars. She asked Council to approve this with all of the
Planning Commissions conditions, which cover all of her concerns.

Dave Ferguson, 100 Aline Street, Louisville, Colorado, was in favor of the St. Louis expansion. He
commented that Louisville's growth had added hundreds of families to the Parish and many new
students to the school. Parochial schools are self imposed taxes that only users pay and his family
had been supporting two school systems for over 40 years. He urged Council's support of this
project.

David and Alisa Burrous, 924 Grant Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, asked that Resolution No. 11 be
passed by Council, subject to the conditions stipulated by the Planning Commission. He commented
that traffic, noise, and parking problems connected to the business operations of the church/school
had resulted in the devaluation of their property values according to an independent appraisal. They
felt conditions No. 1, 2, and 4 spoke directly to the protection of their residential neighborhood.

Terry Wynne, 598 West Ash Street, Louisville, Colorado, encouraged Council to vote in favor of the
project.

4
