SFCTT(1N TT <br />THAT, TO INSURE THE INTERESTED PARTIES PROPOSING ANNEXATION DO NOT WASTE THEIR <br />TIME AND MONIES. THEY ARE TO PROCEED IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: <br />Step 1.) Contact City Administrator and describe in general the pro- <br />posed annexation plan, legal, size, residential density, busi- <br />ness density, water rights to be included, parks area, etc., <br />pick up copies of all City codes, policies, ordinances and <br />resolutions applicable for annexation and or development. The <br />standard fees for all copies will be charged the developer <br />at this time. <br />If the City Administrator deems the proposed annexation <br />as potentially feasible, he is to set up a meeting date agree- <br />able with the interested parties proposing annexation on a <br />future Council meeting date. <br />Step 2.) Submission to Council for consideration of the potential feasi- <br />bility. If approved, the applicable per acre or portion thereof <br />fee shall be paid at this time. The fee assessed shall be <br />based on the following schedule: <br />COST FOR EACH PROJECT <br />First 40 acres <br />Next 40 acres <br />Balance of Project <br />COST PER ACRE REVIEW FEE <br />$100 <br />$ 75 <br />$ 50 <br />*Size is based on the overall plan of any given project, and is <br />not related to the size of the individual component parcels <br />thereof as submitted for annexation. <br />The policy of the City as to any rebates of the acreage fee <br />will be as tlhe following outline details. <br />A. Thru step 2 75~ Refundable <br />B. Thr~u step 3 40% " <br />C. Thr~u step 4 20~ " <br />
