Stan Gordon, 630 West Juniper Court, Louisville, Colorado, stated that they border a residential area,
so they have increased the amount of landscaping the east side and their operation is extremely quiet.
There will be a minimal amount of traffic, very limited hours, and a very low building height with
minimal lighting.

Davidson called for Council questions.

Lathrop wondered where the drainage would go.

Gordon, stated that there is a berm on the east, where they border the Meadows, so the drainage
would go to the south.

Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that the Meadows had an inlet point on their west
boundary to accept off-site, because they had some coming from the Club Homes project also.

Sisk asked who the owner of the property was.

Gordon stated that he would be purchasing the property from Jim Ziegler.

Lathrop moved that Council approve Resolution No. 25, Series 1995, Final PUD Development Plan
for Fantasy Orchids subject to two conditions: Evergreen trees shall be a minimum of 6' - 8' in height;
Landscaping materials shall be relocated outside of the utility easement. Seconded by Mayer.

Sisk offered a friendly amendment that the monument sign indicated on the PUD be removed.
Lathrop and seconder, Mayer, accepted that.

Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Howard being absent.

RESOLUTION NO. 26, SERIES 1995 - SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR THE LOUISVILLE
SPORTS COMPLEX

Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated the SRU was being requested to authorize the construction of
a City sports facility on a City owned parcel. The proposal is for a four field complex serviced by two
access points, a right-in/right-out and a full turning movement aligned with Griffith Street.

Davidson called for Council comments, questions, or motions.

Keany pointed out that citizens have an opportunity to make their concerns know at this point.

Lathrop stated that what is being shown on the drawings is a phasing, depending on money. He
explained that there were a number of different proposals before Council, which will be considered
as the City can afford them.
