<br />ACCEPTANCE BY P~TBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO
<br />OF FRANCHISE GRANTED BY THE TOWN OF LOtTISVILLE,
<br />HOIILDER COIINTY, COLORADO, BY ORDINANCE NO. 249
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees of the Town of Louisville, Boulder
<br />County., Colorado, did, on the 17th day of February, 1950, finally pass and
<br />adopt and approve Ordinance Igo. 249 of said Town, granting to Public Service
<br />Company of Colorado a franchise to locate, build, construct, acquire, pur-
<br />ehaae, maintain and operate into, within and through the Town of Louisville,
<br />Boulder County, Colorado, a plant or plants, substations, and works, for the
<br />purchase, generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy,
<br />and to furnish, sell and distribute said electrical energy to the Town of
<br />Louisville, and the inhabitants thereof, for light, heat, and power or other
<br />purposes by means of conduits, cables, poles and wires strung thereon, or
<br />-~6herwise, on, over, under, along, across and through all streets, alleys,
<br />viaducts, bridges, roads, lanes, and other public ways and places, in said
<br />` '~ ~ of Louisville, and fixing the terms and conditions thereof; and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, In consideration of the premises, and i.n pursuance
<br />f the provisions of said Ordinance No. 249 Public Service Company of Co1o-
<br />ado hereby accepts the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 249 of the
<br />-Fm of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Public Service Company of Colorado has caused
<br />cs corporate name to be hereunto subscribed by its Vice President, and its
<br />~rporate seal to be hereunto affixed, attested by its Assistant Secretary,
<br />is l7th day of February, A.D. 1950.
