Signage/identity program-
• Katherine Lawrence presented her ideas for the signage at Coal
Creek. It was well received by the board, staff and the public. The
idea of using Corten metal for the hole markers and tee markers
with a mining theme is brilliant. She had two options for the hole
markers; one with a scalloped edge and one with a square edge.
The consensus was the scalloped edge looked better. Whether or
not we have the hole diagram etched onto the new metal signs for
each hole is still to be determined. With this vintage look and the
type of metal painting may not be an option for the new signage.

Parks and Recreation Department · 749 Main Street · Louisville, CO 80027
(303) 335-4735 · FAX (303) 335-4738
www.louisvilleco.gov

Parks Recreation Senior Services Open Space Forestry Trails
Golf
