The posting shall be visible from the sidewalk and street. <br />2. Staff shall work with the applicant to seek the most appropriate location <br />balancing visibility requirements with economic hardship concerns. <br />3. Staff shall have the discretion to place the public notice on the property, on a <br />structure’s wall, or in a structure’s window; <br />4. Staff shall have the discretion to vary the size of the public notice between <br />24”x36” and 36”x48”; <br />5. Staff shall have the discretion to vary the orientation of the public notice between <br />landscape and portrait orientation. <br />6.
