payable upon each bond to be so redeemed at the office of the Town Treasurer of the Town •of Louisville, Louisville, Colorado, the principal amount thereof with accrued interest to the redemption date. Notice having been given in the manner hereinbefore provid- ed, the bond or bonds so called for redemption shall become due and payable on the redemption date so designated, and upon presen- tation thereof, as aforesaid, at the office of the Town Treasurer, together with all appurtenant coupons maturing subsequent to the redemption date, the Town of Louisville-will pay the bond or bonds so called for redemption. Section 3. 'T'hat said bonds shall be signed by the Mayor, attested by the Town Clerk under the official seal of the Town of Louisville, countersigned by the Town Treasurer, and shall be re- corded in a book kept loy the Town Clerk for that purpose. The in- terest accruing on said bonds shall be evidenced by appropriate coupons attached to ea+~h bond, each coupon evidencing a semiannual installment of interest on each bond to which it is attached and securing the payment of said interest, and each of said coupons shall bear the number of the bond to which it is attached and the facsimile signature of the Town Treasurer of said Town, which of- ficer by the execution of said bonds shall adopt as and for his signature the facsimile thereof appearing on said coupons. Said bonds and coupons bearing the signatures of the officers in office at the time of the signing thereof shall be the valid and binding obligations of the Town of Louisville, notwithstanding that before the delivery thereof a:nd payment therefor any or all of the per- sons whose signatures appear thereon shall have ceased to fill their respective offices.
