Al Hagerty, of the New West and set up a work <br />session with him. The work session should <br />include the City Council, Planning Commission <br />and the Chamber of Commerce. <br />Howard stated he was contacted by Mike Ko- <br />prowski of STC and spoke to him of some <br />concerns he had and some suggestions. Howard <br />suggested that a work session be set up <br />between Koprowski, John Franklin and Tom <br />Phare to discuss some of the concerns that <br />Koprowski has. <br />Davidson suggested that a procedure be fol- <br />lowed for each of the Council members when <br />needing advise from one of the attorney's. <br />Davidson also suggested that a work session <br />be set up concerning the City Clerk position. <br />Mayor Fauson moved to recess for five <br />minutes, then proceed with an Executive <br />Session. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Council met in Executive Session <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further business, following the <br />Executive Session motion was made by Mayor <br />Fauson, seconded by Howard to adjourn the <br />meeting. Meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m. <br />5 <br />
