LOUIS CHURCH ANNEXATION - 2ND READING, PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Resolution #14 Series 1990, "An Resolution setting forth findings of fact and conclusions relative to the annexation of certain real property located west of Lincoln Avenue and north of South Street extended, owned by Archdiocese of Denver/St. Louis Catholic Church." Proof of publication and notice of public hearing were established by the City Clerk. Franklin stated there are three action items which involve this request. We have a peti- tion before us for request for annexation of approximately 7.7 acres of land which is located generally west of Lincoln Avenue and north of South Street extended. The property is an enclave as defined by State Statute. The owner is the Archdiocese of Denver on behalf of St. Louis Catholic Church. Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing and asked if anyone was present that wished to speak to this Resolution. There was no one wishing to speak. Hornbostel stated that the open space dedica- tion be waived if a school/church be built, but if there is anything else that is to be built on this land then the dedication be paid.
