Carnival moved and Davidson seconded to appoint
Davidson, Mayor Fauson and Tom Phare to the sub-
committee. Motion passed.
Davidson asked if the city staff would produce a
schedule of what roads and alleys are going to be
repaired this year.
Williams stated the Golf Course will be submitting
their request for a liquor license. Since the
management company will be conducting other
operations they may have to form a holy owned
subsidiary corporation to have the liquor
license. Regarding the Executive Session there
was to be a packet ready for you about what the
judge did or did not say regarding the Superior
Law suit. I have not yet received the report.
Davidson asked if the Executive Sessions is
necessary. Do they have to be gone over in an
Executive Session.
Williams stated the items should be discussed in
Executive Session and then can be brought back for
public information after discussion. Also
personnel matters will be discussed and should be
confidential, then after discussion you may decide
to bring them back for an open meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, Mayor Fauson adjourned
the meeting.
13
