Mayor Fauson moved and Howard seconded to approve the plaque as presented with the wording changed to the citizens of Louisville" and add the Saturday Study Club and Friends of the Louisville Library to the bottom sentence. Carnival moved and Howard seconded that Kathy Fletcher work with Bud Marschner on the wording of the plaque and where each of the committee names should be added. Motion passed.
