the developer would not be allowed <br />to recapture any expenses for <br />landscaping from service expansion <br />funds without prior approval from <br />the council, seconded by Hornbos- <br />tel. <br />Motion is to reimburse the develop- <br />er 15$ of approximately 6 lots from <br />the service expansion fee and to <br />look at the rest of them at a later <br />date and come back to Council. <br />Carnival accepted this amendment to <br />his motion. By Roll Call Vote <br />motion passed 6-0. <br />Mayor Fauson stated that we have <br />an investment here of 4 million <br />dollars and developers have the <br />right to develop around the golf <br />course. I think we have bent over <br />backwards to except some of the <br />developments and our investment is <br />helping them as well as helping us. <br />I would like to see us derive a <br />little more benefit than what we <br />are receiving at this time from the <br />developers. Our investment has <br />attracted these people. <br />SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT SITE ANALYSIS <br />Phare asked Council to retain Rocky <br />Mountain Consultants to conduct the <br />analysis proposal for the South <br />Water Treatment Plant at a total <br />cost of services of $15,025. This <br />activity is funded in the 1990 <br />Water Fund CIP. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Szymanski <br />seconded to retain Rocky Mountain <br />Consultants to conduct the analy- <br />sis for the South Water Treatment <br />Plan.
