also pass to other groups on the <br />list. <br />Hornbostel stated she has gotten a <br />lot of comments from citizens on <br />the recycling issue and felt it was <br />a good thing to look into and <br />should be looked into as soon as <br />possible. <br />Davidson suggested that the city <br />staff look into what it will cost <br />for curb side recycling, how could <br />we do it, what are the various ways <br />it can be done and come back to <br />Council with that information. <br />Hornbostel wanted to know if there <br />maybe could be one person in city <br />hall that people could call and be <br />informed to what is happening in <br />the city. <br />Howard stated he has gotten a <br />number of calls about the St. Louis <br />Church property, The weeds and <br />trash need to be cleaned up. Will <br />staff please contact someone about <br />this issue and help get this <br />cleaned up. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />Williams stated the Ethics Commit- <br />tee did have their first meeting <br />and agreed to Wednesdays as their <br />regular meeting dates. The commit- <br />tee agreed to meet and discuss item <br />number one on the resolution which <br />deals with Executive Sessions <br />verses public meetings. The reso- <br />lutions also provides that the <br />Mayor will appoint the chairperson <br />of the committee which has not <br />taken place. The committee did <br />vote to recommend to the Mayor to <br />appoint Mr. John Leary be chairper- <br />son, and Charles Schmidt to be <br />appointed as vice-chairperson at <br />that meeting. <br />Mayor Fauson stated he would like <br />to appoint co-chairs, Elizabeth <br />Black and Robert Lathrop. <br />
