Phase stated there is no gain by <br />staying in Two Forks. The cost <br />would be to large. <br />Davidson asked if there was any <br />reason to continue putting money <br />into this project? <br />Phase stated no, he did not see any <br />reason. <br />Hornbostel stated she would like to <br />know from other council members if <br />we should get out of the whole <br />thing or whether we should get out <br />of the project but stay in the <br />Metro Water Providers. <br />Concerns by the Council were the <br />long term advantages if any, the <br />cost, the maximum yield of the <br />project and the time frame. If <br />other cities are buying up share <br />that have gone in to default. <br />Whether we should continue putting <br />money into the project. <br />Mayor Fauson moved to have staff <br />review the contract and Phase to <br />disengage us from the Two Forks <br />Project and to have us stay in the <br />Water Providers and give us a <br />report on Water Providers and if <br />there is any cost, seconded by <br />Davidson. By Roll Call Vote motion <br />passed 6-0. <br />RENEWAL OF LIQUOR LICENSE - LOUISVILLE MINING COMPANY <br />Howard asked why the Louisville <br />Mining Company was renewing their <br />license if they are no longer in <br />business? <br />Cummings stated <br />requested that <br />license to help <br />taurant. By rer <br />the license <br />transferred. <br />that the owner has <br />they renew their <br />market their res- <br />~ewing their license <br />can then be <br />Howard asked if they transfer the <br />license will Council see the <br />license? <br />
