Cummings stated they still have to <br />come before Council on a transfer. <br />Mayor Fauson moved to approve the <br />Liquor License renewal for the <br />Mining Company, seconded by <br />Szymanski. Motion passed. <br />OTHER: <br />Hornbostel stated she had been <br />contacted by Carolyn Markham about <br />barriers at the recreation center. <br />There are a few things that need to <br />be looked at such as the doors and <br />how heavy they are to open, the <br />paving is a little higher than it <br />should be, and the way the wheel <br />chair spots have been done you can <br />not get a lift to the side of it <br />because of the landscaping. I <br />think these things need to be <br />looked into. <br />Marschner stated the doors have <br />been looked into. The other issues <br />will be looked into. <br />Hornbostel suggested that a group <br />of volunteers be set up to help <br />with some of the issue concerning <br />the handicapped. <br />Brand suggested that a <br />representative go through with the <br />contractor when the building is <br />near completion. <br />Howard asked what the timing was <br />for Harper Lake? <br />Baysinger stated contract has been <br />awarded and construction has <br />started and will be finished soon. <br />Howard also stated he has been <br />getting calls about St. Louis <br />Church not complying with the <br />cleaning up and cutting the weeds. <br />Brand stated the church has been <br />officially notified and given a <br />length of time and told if it is <br />not rectified by the end of that <br />time then the ordinance will kick <br />
