COUNCIL COMMENTS: <br />Howard asked when Harper Lake Phase I <br />would be completed. <br />H.aysiziger stated that there was a i'r l ay <br />in the plant material but should be <br />completed by tYze enu of this month. <br />Howard also asked wYsen the senior <br />breakfa:~t is planned? <br />A;~ti-Caranci stated that it is pla:ined <br />for July 14th. <br />Davidson stated that July 16th at tree <br />recreation center is Ward III town <br />meeting. Also Cherry street needs to be <br />looked at again. <br />Davidson also stated that one of pear.. <br />light, in Heritage is on 24 hours a day <br />and needs to be looked at. Aiso what I <br />would like the city attorney to do is go <br />over the special obligation water <br />revenue notes and give me an opinion <br />rega;.~ding these notes . <br />Howard asked if insurance is bid out. <br />Asti-Caranci stated it is bid out maybe <br />noi~ annual but is bid out at least every <br />three years. <br />Mayor Fauson stated he has just fin-i.siae:d <br />liir; term as CML President and during the <br />bu,iness luncheon in Colorado Springs <br />the City of Louisville was presented aI1 <br />award at this luncheon because of the <br />work done by Steve Baysinger regarding <br />the recycling. <br />Mayor Fauson also stated that dining <br />this same conference in Colorado Spring <br />several cities donated money to help <br />Limon rebuild their community. Oric: cit;~ <br />dori~~ted $1000 and each city was asked to <br />match it. I don't know if we can afford <br />a :1,000 but I feel that we should do <br />something. I was hoping the finance <br />committee would see what type of funds <br />are available to send. <br />Szymanski moved to send Limon $500.00 <br />from the City of Louisville to help <br />., <br />~ L <br />
