Tlie contact with the ditch company has no abjection tc us doing the maintenance, however, they don't want us getting any grass or anything else in the ditch that would stop the flow of water. At this time Randy Burkhart, Parks Pla,riner, gave a brief presentation about the feasibility ar~d conceptual plan sur;rounding the recreation center. A multi use for the study included soccer fields, football fields, baseball fie~'.ds, picnic area, running track that would surround the entire area and additional parking. 11
