Planning Commission <br />Staff Report <br />February 12, 2015 <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />Land Use <br />Land uses in the mixed use — residential (MU -R) zone district require a minimum mixture <br />of two different land uses for the developments on property larger than five acres in size. <br />To fulfill the requirement, the proposed development is requesting three land uses: <br />residential, commercial and office. <br />The proposed land uses comply with the LMC Chapter 17.14. Section 17.14.060 of the <br />LMC sets the minimum residential density in the MU -R district at a minimum 12 units per <br />acre and a maximum of 20 units per acre; the applicant is requesting a density of 13 <br />units per acre.
