<br /> <br />Minutes Submitted for Approval 4 <br />events, just need to apply for a State liquor license like any other <br />organization; liability insurance will also be necessary. <br /> <br />XVII. Staff Updates <br /> <br />Website – will be done in a few weeks, any updates should be sent to Meredyth <br />and Suzanne. <br /> <br />Community - There will be a joint meeting with the School Board to talk about <br />LES and LMS and concerns about growth and overcrowding. <br /> <br />Center for the Arts – need storage and a locked cabinet, struggles as a theater <br />site because of lack of backstage capacity. Meeting with an architect in February <br />to discuss ADA compliance and storage. <br /> <br />FasTRACKS – There is a current grant to allow public art in the RTD stations. <br />There are positions open for citizens to participate on the art selection <br />committees. Members are encouraged to apply for the Jury – 3 people per city <br />will be appointed. The RFP for art work will go out in the 2nd quarter of 2015. <br /> <br />Sculpture Donation – A memorial sculpture for a deceased Chamber of <br />Commerce employee is being donated to the City and is proposed for installation <br />at Community Park. Darin and Gina agreed to help evaluate proposed designs <br />in the coming week. <br /> <br />XVIII. Chair Report – no update <br /> <br />XIX. Items to be carried to next meeting – Angie asked for discussion of items <br />such as Festival of Trees, Colorado Gives Day, Art Raffle/Wine <br />Tasting, and Zero Waste. Other items are those above that were <br />postponed to next meeting. <br /> <br />XX. Meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
