ILZ City of
Louisville
COLORADO • SINCE 1878
LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEMO
AGENDA ITEM VI -B
SUBJECT:
DISCUSSION OF RULE CHANGES FROM STATE LIQUOR
ENFORCEMENT DIVISION
DATE: FEBRUARY 23, 2015
PRESENTED BY: CAROL HANSON, AUTHORITY SECRETARY
SUMMARY:
Recent Liquor Rules changes were made by State Liquor Enforcement after
recommendations from the Colorado Liquor Compliance Working Group. Copies of the
changes are attached.
This item was originally on the agenda for the January LLA meeting.
No additional information has been received by the Secretary of the Authority from State
Liquor Enforcement, however, Authority members may want to take another look at the
changes and especially expressed a desire to hear from their own authority member,
John Carlson on this matter.
RECOMMENDATION:
Authority members review and discuss whether any changes need to occur at our local
level.
LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY
