.Mayor Fauson: I would recommend to extend 96th to Highway 42.
Phare: I can draft a letter stating with the activity
with Interlocken and the City of Broomfield we
would recommend extending 96th to Highway 42. We
can state that the link should be a higher priori-
ty.
Davidson: Under the Minor Widening Project, I would
recommend that Item number 2 be moved to be Item
number 1.
Phare: Felt the same and if done this would serve us the
best and the citizens of the Louisville the best
.
I will recommend that Item 2 is a higher priority
for us. Access to the project will be from
Via Appia; emergency access will be available to
McCaslin Blvd. Typically we recommend that a
subdivision have two points of access, however,
due to topographical constraints and traffic
constraints we were unable to do that.
Tom Hoyt, McStain Enterprises, 75 Manhattan Drive, Boulder,
Colorado.
Hoyt: At this time a brief presentation was given and
slides were also presented. We have met with the
neighbors of the Wildridge Subdivision and have
addressed their concerns and have redesigned the
subdivision at the far end.
Mayor Fauson asked if there was anyone that would like to speak
in favor of or in opposition to this resolution. None.
Szymanski: Why is it impossible to have two regular accesses?
Franklin: We have reviewed this very carefully with regard
3
