Jetanogo: Is representing the SIT team for Centaurus High School. The State of Colorado has mandated that a School Improvement Team be functioning at each school in the state. The district felt this was a good opportunity to involve the committee along With the SIT team. What the SIT team is asking from the Council is to have a representative appointed to donate some time to the School Im- provment Team for a least the next year and to serve as a link between the School Improvement Team and the City of Louisville. Mayor Fauson asked if there was any member of council that wished to voluneer for the SIT team. Davidson stated he would be happy to volunteer to represent the City, as his son will be going to Centaurus next year and would like to get involved at an early date. REGULAR BUSINESS INTRODUCTION OF NEW EMPLOYEES - ADMINISTRATION, COMMUNITY SERVICES, AND FINANCE/GENERAL SERVICES Brand: Asti-Caranci: Baysinger: Introduced Angie Page, Executive Secretary. Page will be assisting Administration as well as working in Personnel. Introduced Karen Cumbo. Cumbo has been hired as the Executive Assistant to the City Administrator. Introduced Jenny Borders. Borders has been hired as the new Records Clerk. Introduced Brian Harris. Harris has been hired as the new Recreation Coordinator for sports. APPOINTMENTS - LOUISVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION (1 APPOINTMENT BY MAYOR) AND LAFAYETTE/LOUISVILLE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION, INC. BOARD (1 APPOINTMENT BY CITY COUNCIL) Mayor Fauson: Appointed Wayne Varra to the Planning Commission and the appointment shall be for the unexpired term of office (January 1992). Mayor Fauson moved to nominate Hank Bortz and John Benedetti for the Lafayette/Louisville Downtown Revitalization Board, seconded by Sackett. Applicants were Hank Bortz and John Benedetti.
