Enclave Circle, Louisville, CO reminded the City Council and <br />members of the public of the Senior Heat Relief Dinner and Silent Auction Event. This <br />event will be held on Thursday, February 19th at the Louisville Recreation Center from <br />5:00 to 7:00 p.m. She noted the silent auction is an all -day event. The price for an <br />adult ticket is $10.00 and for children, $6.00. She had tickets available for purchase. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to approve the consent agenda seconded by Council <br />member Stolzmann. Approval of the Seventh Amendment to the Intergovernmental <br />Agreement for the Collection of Use Tax Between Boulder County and <br />The City of Louisville <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No Council comments. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming reported on February 17th the Management Team engaged in a <br />robust discussion on multiple summer projects, including the repaving of Main Street <br />before the placement of the patios. The Human Resources Director reported HR is <br />recruiting for 68 positions in parks and recreation and other areas. The Planning staff <br />has three different meetings to attend this week, which will also be attended by the <br />Economic Development Director. He voiced his appreciation for the City Council and <br />the public's involvement in the meetings. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />
