Gail Lucas <br />investigated the possibility of developing a <br />program capable of being easily updated as water <br />rights were acquired. This program was rewritten, <br />modified, and expanded for purposes of accounting, <br />reporting and. managing water diversion and use. <br />The program has been written so cities can setup, <br />add to and modify their water rights accounting <br />and management without the services of a computer <br />programmer. The city's cost to develop this <br />program has been minimal and approximately half <br />has been recovered through sales of the program to <br />other communities. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 33, SERIES 1990 - LOUISVILLE PLAZA (K-MART CENTER) <br />- FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />Griffiths i:ead by title only, Resolution No. 33, <br />Series 1990, "A Resolution approving a Final PUD <br />Development. Plan and Final Subdivision Plat for <br />Louisville Plaza." <br />Franklin: Chandelle Properties has requested approval of a <br />Final PUD Development Plan and a Final Subdivision <br />Plat for Louisville Plaza Subdivision, a <br />commercial project which is located east of State <br />Highway 42 and north of South Boulder Road. This <br />is the first project out of the 53 acres <br />Louisville Plaza preliminary plat. The purpose of <br />the request: is to allow development of an 18 acre <br />shopping center. Site development will include a <br />K-Mart store. The required 2.16 acre public use <br />dedication is provided offsite, around Hecla Lake. <br />Peter Cudlip, representing Chandelle Properties. <br />Cudlip: Thanked the staff for working with them to resolve <br />all of the' issues that arouse during the process. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for puk~lic comments. NONE <br />Davidson: Council reviewed the plan for about an hour before <br />the meeting and looks like an excellent plan and <br />the sooner we get started the better.
