Also thanked the City of Louisville <br />for its contribution of $500.00 to the Foundation. <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - CHANGE JANUARY 1, 1991, CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING - NEW YEARS DAY <br />Brand: Due to the fact that Council's first meeting in <br />January will fall on the same day as the New <br />Year's day Holiday, staff is recommending that the <br />date of the Council meeting be changed to <br />Wednesday, January 2nd or Thursday January 3rd. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Howard seconded to have the meeting held <br />on January 3rd. All in favor. <br />RESOLUTION #36, SERIES 1990, FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT CONCERNING <br />ANNEXATION OF LAND AND PROVIDING OF FIRE SERVICE <br />Griffiths read by title only, Resolution #36, <br />Series 1990, "A Resolution confirming position of <br />the City of Louisville concerning annexation of <br />land and providing of fire service." <br />Brand: At the November 8th meeting of the representatives <br />from Lincor/Ohmeda, Homart, Cherryvale Fire <br />Protection District and City (Annette Brand), <br />Cherryvale requested a resolution stating the <br />Council's position on fire service for to-be- <br />annexed land.
