APPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENTS - JINCO LEASING CORP. AND FRED I. KRAFT APPROVAL OF MEMBERSHIP - NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES (NLC) - CITY OF LOUISVILLE AUTHORIZATION TO RETAIN ENGINEERS - NORTH LOUISVILLE UTILITIES - PUBLIC WORKS REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL MEMBERS FOR ARTS & HUMANITIES COUNCIL APPROVAL OF LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL - COLACCI'S RESTAURANT EXTENSION OF TIME TO ARRIVE AT AGREEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT PONDEROSA SUBDIVISION PUBLIC COMMENTS Don Shonkwiler, presenting Boulder Valley School Foundation Mini-Grant. Shonkwiler: Presented to Joan Limon a mini-grant from the Foundation for her art work. Joan Limon will collect historical art from all Louisville schools for Historical Society's exhibit during the parade of lights. Also thanked the City of Louisville for its contribution of $500.00 to the Foundation. DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - CHANGE JANUARY 1, 1991, CITY COUNCIL MEETING - NEW YEARS DAY Brand: Due to the fact that Council's first meeting in January will fall on the same day as the New Year's day Holiday, staff is recommending that the date of the Council meeting be changed to Wednesday, January 2nd or Thursday January 3rd. Mayor Fauson moved and Howard seconded to have the meeting held on January 3rd. All in favor. RESOLUTION #36, SERIES 1990, FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT CONCERNING ANNEXATION OF LAND AND PROVIDING OF FIRE SERVICE Griffiths read by title only, Resolution #36, Series 1990, "A Resolution confirming position of the City of Louisville concerning annexation of land and providing of fire service." Brand: At the November 8th meeting of the representatives from Lincor/Ohmeda, Homart, Cherryvale Fire Protection District and City (Annette Brand), Cherryvale requested a resolution stating the Council's position on fire service for to-be- annexed land. Resolution #36 expresses your position. Mayor Fauson moved and Sackett seconded to adopt Resolution #36, Series 1990. All in favor. 2
