Brand: Everyone should have received the letter and a
meeting is set up tomorrow to start looking into
this matter and I will report back to Council on
this item.
Hornbostel: As a result of the recycling of Christmas trees, I
was contacted by a small group of recyclers who
are also interested in trying to look into com-
posting for the city.
Howard: The Mayor, the Executive Director of the Chamber
and myself along with Annette Brand met today to
discuss the Futures Conference. On the 17th of
January, hopefully, there will be an executive
meeting with the steering committee.
Davidson: I have received a complaint from a citizen that
lives in the old part of Louisville about the
street lights. I am not sure we can do anything
about this, but I would like to know if there is
something and what the cost would be.
Brand: I believe that is the responsibility of Public
Service.
Mayor Fauson: I received a numerous amount of cards wishing us a
Merry Christmas. Most of the cards will be placed
in Linda Salas' office.
Mayor Fauson wished staff and Council a very Merry Christmas.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, Mayor Fauson moved to adjourn, seconded
by Howard. Meeting was adjourned.
Herman Fauson, Mayor
ATTEST:
Donna Cummings,
City Clerk
11
