Howard moved to refund the special guarantee fees to the
individual homeowners in Ponderosa Subdivision that are listed in
Agenda Item 5G, seconded by Mayor Fauson. All in favor. Motion
passed.
OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA
REQUEST FOR WATER TAPS OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS
Davidson: Originally this area was not considered for annex-
ation because it was outside the service area at
that time. Is this land currently in the service
area and is it land that the city would consider
for annexation?
Phare: Our advance utility plans identify all this area
in the service area.
Davidson: Back when this came about Council didn't want to
annex the area because it was outside the area,
but it looks like its inside service area.
Wouldn't we want the homeowners to annex.
