Motion passed by a 5 - 1 vote with Mayer <br />voting against and Keany being absent. <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />Davidson called for a five minute recess. <br /> <br />Council returned from recess. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 31, SERIES <br />HOMESTEAD EFFICIENCIES - <br />(CONTINUED FROM 6/6/95) <br /> <br />1995 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL "H", LOT 3, <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the primary revisions had occurred on Lot 3 with regard <br />to the building orientations of buildings "A" and "C". Building "A" had been reduced from 9,605 s.f <br />footprint to 7,670 s.f. Building "C" had been increased from 5,547 s.f. to 10,389 s.f. on the main <br />level. Building coverage had increased from 14% to 15.8% with a total landscape area of 35%. The <br />revised Final PUD Development Plan reflected three, two-story buildings with a total of 25,164 s.f. <br />They propose 141 rooms with a 800 s.f. manager's apartment. Signage had not been changed. Lot <br />3 buildings had been proposed with a dark charcoal composition shingled roof, blue doors, and a <br />lighter gray stucco wall treatment. Staff recommendation was to maintain the wall color and <br />lightening the shade of the roof with white doors and white trim. The applicant was willing to comply <br />with staffs recommendation. Resolution No. 31 had three conditions of approval. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Don Shonkwiler, H.D. Delaware Properties, Inc., 400 South McCaslin, Louisville, Colorado, was <br />there to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Jim Shipman, Isaacson, Rosenbaum, Woods, & Levy, 633 - 17 Street, Ste. 2200, Denver, Colorado, <br />representing Security Capital Pacific Trust, the applicant for Lot 3, stated that this is a commercial <br />use, which is permitted on this property. The rental of the units will be for less than 30 consecutive <br />days.
