Davidson felt this was an extremely well written agreement. He complimented the team that <br />negotiated it. He referred to the Customer Service Standards, 3b, in relation to "...within twenty-four <br />(24) hours.", as he wanted Council to understand corrections will be made with the new system, all <br />of which will take some time. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1197, Series 1995, adoption of the cable <br />franchise agreement and set a public hearing for August 15, 1995.
