The City will do everything they can to address the <br /> flooding issues around the golf course. <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Dalton asked City Manager Fleming to address the $150,000 the City <br /> Council has earmarked for drainage issues at the golf course. City Manager Fleming <br /> stated there is $150,000 approved to address those improvements above and beyond <br /> what is directly needed for the golf course reconstruction. <br /> Council member Stolzmann asked when the next public meeting on the golf course will <br /> be held. City Manager Fleming stated a specific date has not been set, but a meeting <br /> will probably be set within the next two weeks. The meeting will provide an update on <br /> the timelines for the reconstruction of the golf course and the termination of the Western <br /> Golf Properties contract and will address Summit and Peak players. <br /> Mayor Muckle stated nothing has changed since the February 4th City Council meeting <br /> and the City's commitment to fund $150,000 for drainage issues at the golf course. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> COMCAST CABLE FRANCHISE NEGOTIATION UPDATE <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Dalton reported a request has been submitted to Satellite Broadcasting <br /> Association for data showing the percentage of homes currently receiving satellite <br /> services in Louisville. This data will inform the Committee's decision to seek or not seek <br /> an FCC finding regarding "effective competition" in Louisville. <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1660, SERIES 2014 — AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br /> PAYMENT OF CITY MONEYS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL ESTATE FOR <br /> PARKS, OPEN SPACE AND OTHER PURPOSES, INCLUDING SUBDIVISION FOR A <br /> FUTURE SALE OF A PORTION OF SUCH PROPERTY TO DEFRAY THE COSTS OF <br /> ACQUISITION — 2nd Reading — Public Hearing <br /> Mayor Muckle requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> City Attorney Light introduced Ordinance No. 1660, Series 2014.
