Call to order —Chair Mike Frontczak called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. <br />II. Roll call —Board members present: Shelly Alm, Mike Frontczak, Neal Griggsmiller, <br />English Hopkins, Mark Newland, Ellen Toon. Board member absent: Beverlee White. <br />Staff member present: Chris Lichty. City Council member present: Susan Loo. <br />Guest: Angie Layton. <br />III. The agenda was approved by all members, with a change in item order to allow Susan <br />to recuse herself from the discussion about DELO. <br />IV. The minutes from the Jan. 8, 2015 meeting were approved. <br />V. Public Comments on Items not on the Agenda -1) Mike will contact Troy Russ with an <br />invitation to attend HFAB's meeting on April 2. 2) Mike commented on historic <br />landmark status for private properties in Louisville, and how a potentially `historic' tree <br />would be affected by the landmarking process. Susan referred to the Historic <br />Preservation Master Plan, and suggested contacting Lauren in the Planning Dept. 3) <br />Chris commented that many evergreens in the city appear to be damaged due to winter <br />dessication. 4) Mark and English attended the Trails Wayfinding open house on Jan. <br />26, and reported that the meeting and information presented were very well organized. <br />5) Susan reported that members of OSAB are concerned that "no one is advocating for <br />parks."
