Approval of Current-Meeting’s Agenda: Approved without modification. <br /> <br />IV. Approval of February 18 2015, Meeting Minutes: The minutes from the February 18, 2015 <br />meeting were approved. <br /> <br />V. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: <br /> <br />From Mark: Community sustainability newsletter form Lea Yancey – recommend subscription <br />From Mary Ann: Consider using Boy Scout troop for other sustainability projects . <br /> <br />VI. Jay’s Minute: Two relevant approvals from Council: <br />1) Alkonis (on HWY 42 just north of S. Boulder Rd) property Boulder Country Housing Authority <br />project. [~ 200 units, 70 are senior oriented, 130 family oriented with a small portion sectioned off to <br />artist cohousing group] – Council annexed, initial zoning and initial grants/subsidies from city. <br />2) Phase 2 of DELO (Downtown East Louisville, Griffith to South) 70 townhouses, 130 mostly studio <br />and 1br and 30sqft of commercial, would have been RTD station, city is putting an underpass for the <br />railroad near south street, Issue: no composting because it’s considered a commercial building (not <br />covered by Western). No PUD accepted yet. <br />VII. Dave’s Minute: year-end annual energy summary was put in council, data available to public. <br />Attended boulder county resource board. Grant application was submitted for community garden <br />($10K) <br />VIII. Debrief on 2/19/2015 Council Meeting <br />They gave us over an hour. Justine: presented a ppt, Robin from Sister Carmen’s and Boy Scouts in <br />attendance. Mary Ann gave an overview of garden. <br />Roadmap comments seemed positive. Some discussion of where we used to be as a leader in the <br />community versus where we are now. Keep working on roadmap.
