The
suggested date for this meeting is Thursday, June
15th. Also the 4th of July holiday falls on the
fi
t
rs
Tuesday of that month (the regularly
scheduled date of Council's meeting). Therefore
it is suggested that this meeting be reschedule
for Wednesday, July 5th.
Mayor Fauson moved and Ferrera seconded to change
the regular June 20th Council meeting to June 15
,
1989, and change the July 4th meeting date to July
5th. Motion carried 7-0.
Sackett
Consent and Anderson asked to have the next Agenda Item removed from the
Calendar and conside
d

abstain re
under Regular Business. They will
from discussion/action due to possible conflict of interest.
APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER #1 - GOLF COURSE
PUMP STATION Change Order #1 to the Coal Creek Golf Course Pump
Station identified an additional $1,804 worth of
work. The added work is comprised of
installation of a pressure reducing valve
necessary to protect intake screen plumbing for a
contract price increase of $555 and installation
of additional electrical appurtenances (meter,
conduit and wiring) to take advantage of reduced
Public Service Co. electric service irrigation
rates. Cost for the electrical work will be
$1,249. Total net increase in contract price is
$1
804
F
d
,
.
un
s are available within the project
contingency.
Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr seconded to approve
Change Order #1 to the Coal Creek Golf Course Pump
Station with authorization for the Public Works
Director to sign on behalf of the City.
