City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 19, 2015 <br />Page 34 of 34 <br />ORDINANCE No. 1693, SERIES 2015 — AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REZONING <br />OF A 3.9 -ACRE PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 1055 COURTESY ROAD FROM <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE INDUSTRIAL (I) ZONING TO CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />COMMUNITY- COMMERCIAL (CC) AND CITY OF LOUISVILLE MIXED -USE <br />RESIDENTIAL (MU -R) FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF DELO PLAZA — <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING 06/02/2015 <br />Mayor Muckle called for a City Attorney introduction. <br />City Attorney Light introduced Ordinance No. 1693, Series 2015. <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to approve Ordinance No. 1693, Series 2015, on first <br />reading, ordered it published and set a public hearing for June 2, 2015, seconded by <br />Council member Keany. All were in favor. Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Dalton and Council <br />member Loo. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS, COMMITTEE REPORTS, AND IDENTIFICATION OF <br />FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS <br />Council member Lipton noted Tom Davinroy has resigned from the Open Space board <br />to take a position with the City of Louisville. Council will need to discuss when that seat <br />will need to be filled. Mayor Muckle said in the past when there are open seats on a <br />board, there was communication with the board to see if the need existed to fill the seat <br />right away. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved for adjoumment, seconded by Council Member Keany. <br />All were in favor.
