Seconded by Howard. All in favor except <br />Davidson with Lathrop being absent. <br /> <br />REVISIT RESOLUTION NO. 62, SERIES 1995 - APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />REPLAT AND FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN - CENTURY OFFICE PARK <br /> <br />Jim Junge, Planner for the project, stated that the amendment would be to exclude signage approval <br />for Lot IOA and that any signage would have to meet subsequent approval by Council. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council exclude Lot 10A from the current signage restrictions, that it has to come <br />back and receive Council approval subsequently, that Council will have the opportunity to make sure <br />it fits in with the rest of the project, and that the square footage did not change. Seconded by Levihn. <br />Ail in favor. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that the Louisville Post Office is ranked No. 6 in the western <br />area. He explained that this meant that there would be moneys available for site acquisition and <br />design in 1999 and construction in 2000. Concerning the Worker's Comp. insurance, there is a <br />significant savings through Colorado Intergovemmental Risk Sharing Agency. He recommended that <br />the City join CIRSA for Worker's Comp.. This requires the City Council to adopt a resolution <br />specifying the joining of the Worker's Comp. pool. <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, disclosed that her law firm is General Counsel to CIRSA and she had <br />not participated in any manner in the application or the quotes that are going forward. <br /> <br />Simmons stated that the Solid Waste Authority had not yet adopted an amendment to their <br />Authority's bylaws. It was anticipated to happen at their November 15 meeting. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Mayer stated concerning the Transportation Workshop, the County is making application for a <br />Transportation Partnership Grant for about $26,000 from the office of Energy Conservation. He <br />thanked the Mayor for signing a letter in support of this grant. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
