IU city,,, <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Golf Course Advisory Board Minutes <br />May 18 2015 <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />Golf Course Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />05 -18 -2015 <br />Golf Clubhouse <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Ken Gambon called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Ken Gambon, Lisa Norgard, Cory Nickerson, Heikke <br />Nielsen, Perry Nelson, Dennis Maloney and Sandy Stewart <br />Board Members Excused Absence: None <br />Council Members: Jay Keany, excused absence <br />Staff Members Present: Joe Stevens, David Dean, David Baril and Brady Jones <br />Public: John Reilly, Mike Williams and Don Johnson <br />2. Approval of Agenda — The agenda was unanimously approved. Lisa Norgard <br />proposed, Dennis Maloney seconded. <br />3. Approval of Meeting Minutes — The April 20 Minutes were unanimously approved. <br />Lisa Norgard proposed, Dennis Maloney seconded. <br />4. Public comments: None <br />5. Staff Update on course outstanding issues: <br />a. Discussion of 5/9 — 5/10 flooding damage. <br />o David Dean reported that minimal lasting damage resulted from the heavy <br />rains. LU had a full team on site and flew in extra staff to inspect for damage <br />and to help. Two cottonwood trees fell on hole #12 and are being removed. <br />The trunk sections will be cut up and used to reinforce the creek banks. The <br />cleanup of other debris is almost complete.
