2 <br /> <br />The existing house is a 1,326 SF single story house with a 462 two car attached garage on <br />a 14,176 SF property. The property is an irregular shape, being narrower in the front and <br />wider in the back, similar to a piece of pie: the property is 67 feet in the front (west) and <br />129 feet along the rear property line (east). The property is also located adjacent to an <br />open space corridor to the south. <br /> <br />The applicant is seeking the side setback variance to allow for additional living space. <br />Their proposed plans show extending the front garage and bumping out a portion of the <br />side of the house.
