Call to order —Co -chair Mike Frontczak called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. <br />II. Roll call —Board members present: Shelly Alm, Mike Frontczak, Neal Griggsmiller, <br />Mark Newland, Ellen Toon, Beverlee White. Board member absent: English Hopkins <br />Staff member present: Dean Johnson. City Council member present: Susan Loo <br />III. The agenda was approved by all members, with a change in item order to spend more <br />time at the end, on the upcoming Study Session with City Council on August 11tH <br />IV. The minutes from the May 7, 2015 meeting were approved. <br />V. Public Comments on Items not on the Agenda -1) Beverleee asked about any current <br />discussion of combining the Fire Departments in Boulder County. Dean confirmed the <br />seasonal hiring of Tom Davinro as the new PT Open Space Ranger as Code <br />Enforcement Officer. Mike asked about the Ash Tree `art work'. Dean said the <br />temporary marking of ash trees in Louisville was for public awareness, and that EAB <br />City treatment has begun. <br />VI. Coal Creek Golf Course Update: The scheduled opening is Saturday, June 27th. June <br />27th Activities Day; June 28th VIP Golf Tournament; June 29th First full day of public <br />golf. June 29th is to be designated John and Ron Sackett Day. Denise White, <br />Marketing will have the final schedule of events available shortly. <br />VII. Update on Development Review process.
