<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 8, 2007 <br />Page 7 of 10 <br /> <br />No additional comments. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: <br />Deborski stated that he likes the similarity of the buildings and feels they will create a positive <br />gateway effect. <br /> <br />Sheets stated her agreement with Deborski' s comment. <br /> <br />McA vinew noted the landscaping would be different and one building will be deeper. <br /> <br />Lipton stated that future buildings on other properties at CTC 2 should not look the same. <br /> <br />Loo stated she was also okay with these two building being similar but there should be no more. <br /> <br />Hartman agreed with Loo and Lipton. <br /> <br />Deborski and Loo discussed and recommended to the applicant some minor changes to the <br />drawings prior to review by the City Council. <br /> <br />Loo moved and Deborski seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 26.
