<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 10, 2008 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br />Regular Business - Public Hearing Items <br /> <br />'" Resolution No. 01, Series 2008, Establishment oflocation for the posting of <br />public notice for 2008 meetings of the City of Louisville Planning Commission. <br />(City Hall, City Library, Louisville Recreation Center, Police and Courts Building <br />and the City's website.) <br /> <br />Lipton reviewed the memo regarding the establishment of locations for the posting of public <br />notices. <br /> <br />He opened the public hearing. No conflicts were expressed. <br /> <br />Staff briefly discussed the posting requirement and asked if the Commission had additional areas <br />they would recommend for posting. <br /> <br />McAvinew inquired if any comments/complaints had been received. <br /> <br />McCartney stated there had been no comment/complaints. Staff did have a discussion with some <br />residents about which projects require a posting of the property with a meeting notice sign. <br /> <br />Loo moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve Resolution No.1, Series 2008. Motion <br />passed by voice vote. <br /> <br />The following items are tentatively scheduled for February 14, 2008: <br /> <br />'" A final planned unit development (PUD) request for a second level addition to <br />an existing structure and modifications to the existing fa<;ade. 916 Main Street, <br />Lot 9, Block 1, Town of Louisville.
