Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 66, Series 1995. Seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 4 - 0 vote with Lathrop, Keany, and Levihn being absent. RESOLUTION NO. 73, SERIES 1995 - AMENDING THE 1995 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS, ENTERPRISE, AND INTERNAL SERVICES FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO Dianne Ray, Finance Director, reviewed the resolution. Davidson stated that the Finance Committee reviewed this and recommended approval. Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 73, Series 1995. Seconded by Mayer. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 4 - 0 vote with Lathrop, Keany, and Levihn being absent. APPROVAL OF SCRIPPS HOWARD CABLE COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER/BUSINESS OFFICE Bill Blankenship, Human Resources Officer, stated that the local office will be located at the Business Answers' facility. Greg Griffin, General Manager for Scripps Howard Cable, stated that they will be renting office space which will be staffed with Scripps Howard personnel. The office will be open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. They hoped to have the office opened possibly by January 15. Davidson announced that Lathrop had arrived at the meeting. Mayer moved that Council approve Scripps Howard's location of a service center. Seconded by Howard. All in favor. ORDINANCE NO 1204, SERIES 1995 - ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 1994 EDITION OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE AND ENACTING AMENDMENTS THERETO... - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUED FROM 12/05/95 Tanoue read by title only Ordinance No. 1204, Series 1995, "An ordinance adopting by reference the 1994 edition of the Uniform Building Code and enacting amendments thereto, adopting by reference the 1994 edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code and enacting amendments thereto, adopting by reference the 1994 edition of the Uniform Fire Code and enacting amendments thereto, adopting by reference the 1994 edition of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, repealing Chapter 15.52 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning elevators and escalators, establishing fees under the Uniform Building Code, amending, repealing and reenacting certain sections of Title 15 of the Louisville Municipal Code in connection with the adoption of the forgoing uniform codes, and establishing penalties for violations of such codes."
