Work done internally on the golf website by City Staff is not working well and it <br />was decided to abandon this approach (after significant expense) and use an <br />outside vendor, Course Trends, for web site hosting and marketing. The contract <br />has been placed and will cost $1900 annually plus a start up cost. Course Trends <br />have another offering selling on -line tee times but this has attracted a lot of <br />negative comments and will not be used for Coal Creek. <br />6. Board /Staff Discussion of fee comparisons <br />Fee comparisons. This was discussed earlier as part of Agenda Item 5a golfer <br />feedback. <br />7. Proposed agenda items for next meeting <br />The next meeting will be held on August 17th at the Library at 6:30pm. Potential <br />items for the Agenda are: <br />a) Discussion of presentation to City Council Study Session: the Study <br />Session is on Aug 25 and the Board's input must be submitted to Staff by <br />Aug 18 <br />b) Update on Golfer Feedback <br />c) Update on The Mine: Sarah will be invited to attend <br />d) Review of Staff Response to homeowner concerns brought up at today's <br />meeting <br />e) Update on website <br />8. Adjourn <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:45pm.
