The Community Garden would be allowed up to <br />45 garden plots. The design of the community <br />garden may vary from shown. <br />. Garden types and sizes shall be permitted in any <br />form or dimension within the designated plotting <br />areas. <br />. Raised garden plots can be designed with 12" to <br />24" raised walls. <br />. Garden plots shall remain at least 10 -feet from all <br />property lines. <br />. The community garden will be operated by a Gar- <br />den Association. <br />. Compost and trash will be handled by the Garden <br />Association. <br />. Gardeners will be responsible for maintenance <br />and upkeep. <br />. Each garden plot will be accessed by 5' natural <br />walkways, while each garden bed will be ac- <br />cessed by 4' natural trails. <br />. Vehicles will park along Garfield Avenue and <br />Griffith Street. <br />. Tools and supplies will be stored in up to two <br />8'X10' storage sheds. <br />. Three bike racks are to be located near garden <br />entrance at NW intersection of Griffith Street and <br />Lincoln Avenue. <br />. Pets are not permitted in the community garden <br />area. <br />. The community Garden will be open from dawn <br />to dusk 7 days a week. <br />. No artificial lighting will be permitted. <br />. Up to 3 special events will be permitted each <br />year.
