Gardeners will be responsible for mainte- <br />nance and upkeep. <br />. Each garden bed will be accessed via 4' <br />natural trails. <br />. Vehicles will park along Garfield Avenue <br />and Griffith Street. <br />. Tools and supplies will be stored in the <br />8'X12' storage sheds. <br />Garden types and sizes shall be permitted <br />in any form or dimension within the desig- <br />nated plotting areas. <br />Raised garden plots can be designed with <br />12" to 24" walls. <br />. Bike racks are to be located near garden <br />entrance at NW intersection of Griffith and <br />Garfield. <br />. Pets are not permitted in the community <br />garden area. <br />. The community Garden will be open from <br />dawn to dusk 7 days a week. <br />• No artificial lighting will be permitted. <br />• Up to 3 special events will be permitted <br />each year. <br />• Layout of Community Garden may vary <br />from shown.
