-- For Approval -- <br />Cultural Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />08 June 2015 <br />City Hall, Spruce Room <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 pm <br />Call to Order — Vice Chairperson Angie Layton called the meeting to order at <br />6:33 pm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following people were present: <br />Board Members Present: Lawrence Anderson, Darin Brown, Angie <br />Layton, Tammy Pelnik, Liz Rowland, Jennifer Strand <br />Board Members Absent: Sue Anthony, Gina Barton, Mark Oberholzer, <br />Blake Welch <br />Staff Members Present: Suzanne Janssen <br />City Council Liaison: Ashley Stolzmann <br />Public attendees: Joan Langford, local musician <br />Approval of Agenda — The agenda for today's meeting was approved by all <br />members, as amended. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes — The minutes from the 21 May 2015 meeting <br />were approved as written. <br />Attendance and Volunteer Hours Log — Circulated for completion by LCC <br />members. <br />City Council Report (Ashley Stolzmann) — Proposal from staff for capital <br />projects fund received by City Council on Friday. Staff proposal is to delay the <br />sculpture garden for 3 years, and to pursue the Art Center upgrades for ADA <br />compliance /storage remodel and audio visual equipment acquisitions.
