Motion passed by 6-1 vote with Hedding voting <br />against. <br /> <br />Sisk wondered who the person would be to enter into negotiations. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that it would be left up to the City Administrator <br />and her best judgement. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1, SERIES 1993 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND <br />FI}~L SUBDIVISION PLAT - WEST PINE STREET VILLAGE <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Director of Planning, stated that the applicant before <br />Council is Spruce Street Joseph, Ltd., requesting approval of a <br />final PUD plan as well as Final Subdivision Plat to allow the <br />development of an eight lot single family detached infill project <br />on approximately two acres of ground. The parcel is known as <br />Popcorn Acres Lot 2, and is two acres in area. The property was <br />annexed in 1982 as part of a ten acre parcel. Popcorn Acres was <br />platted in 1982 with the remaining balance of the subdivision being <br />north of Pine Street expansion, being Lot 1, which is eight acres <br />in area. He stated that the property is currently zoned RE - <br />Residential Estate and is located west of Pine Street and east of <br />Hoover Avenue. He explained that to the east of the property is RL <br />zoned property, which is single family. It is a Corrigan Addition. <br />To the south is RE single family in use. It is the Stockade <br />Subdivision. To the north, the property is zoned Rural Residential <br />and was zoned RE at the time of annexation. He stated that the <br />Planning Commission in October, 1992, by a vote of 3 to 2, approved <br />the final PUD and final subdivision plat subject to six conditions <br />of approval - part of Resolution 19, which was attached to <br />Council's packet. He explained that the final revised documents <br />before Council dated December 4, 1992, reflect compliance with all <br />technical conditions of the Planning Commission's approval. With <br />the number of lots at 8, the density of this project is 4.67 units <br />per acre. The average lot size ranges from 6,750 to 14,450 with an <br /> <br />32 <br /> <br /> <br />
