3. The Task Force will consist of 9 -11 members of the community recommended by <br />the Mayor and appointed by the City Council with an interest in and knowledge of <br />the topic, two of whom shall be members of the City Council. <br />4. The Director of Parks and Recreation shall designate appropriate City staff to <br />facilitate, assist and advise the Task Force as it works to achieve the goals <br />specified above. <br />5. The Task Force shall conclude its work and present its recommendations with a <br />consultant to the City Council no later than April 2016. <br />6. The Task Force shall sunset on April 30, 2016. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of September, 2015. <br />By �P <br />Robert P.
